My dad punched the right side of my head really hard, a bump there now, i dont think i have concussion, should i be worried for other problems?

Head injury: Ice is helpful right after the injury. Tylenol 650 mg po q 4 hrs for pain/HA. Observe for prolonged HA, visual/balance problems, emesis, and continued pain. If there is a bump, it might calcify and resolve over time (i.e. months).If changes in mentation, behavior over the next month, see neurologist, but unlikely if you did not lose consciousness.
