I have a hard lump left under my skin on corner of my lip following a big bruise after i got punched in the face. it has affected my ability to lift the side of my lip. i started to rub the lump & it smoothed out a bit but i cant lift my lip aswel?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. A nerve may have been damaged by the injury. If your symptoms are not improving, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
