Depends: It depends on your goal. If you are looking to tone your muscles, lower weight and higher rep such as 2-3 sets of 12-15 reps is generally recommended. If your goal is to enlarge the muscles, higher weight with lower rep such as 2-3 sets of 6-8 is generally recommended.
