Lipids: High triglycerides are related not only to the fat in your diet but also the simple sugars, so need to reduce both of these. Hdl is more difficult to increase, it is not due to diet, but can be improved with aerobic exercise. In women a low HDL is a significant risk factor for cardiac disease, so try to improve that.

Evaluate particles: High triglyceride (tg), low hdl-c and resonable ldl-c is a common problem. As tg rises the number of LDL particles rises. However, when tg is high the amount of cholesterol carried by LDL particles goes down. This often results in "normal" LDL cholesterol (ldl-c) levels despite high LDL particle number (ldl-p). When ldl-p is high cardiovascular risk is elevated regardless of of ldl-c levels.
