What's the oldest age that you might still see some cradle cap on the scalp or baby acne on the face?

6 months: The sweat and oil glands in the newborn need to develop and mature. During this process they can produce effects that appear as cradle cap and "acne". This maturing varies a lot. Most infants mature within a couple months. If signicant effects persist beyond 6 months, further evaluation is warranted.
