Poor interpretation: Given that thee skin is teeming with germs it is odd that you consider "normal flora" so innocent. The germs that invade the skin pores and trigger pustular acne are deep to the skin and may not be picked up on a surface swab. Yet some labs would call the proprionobacteria acnes germ normal flora anyway.
