My baby has a pimply rash on his face which has moved to his scalp and a little on the ears and neck. what should i do? i've been told it could be infant acne and i should wash him only in epizone and apply it on his face and not to bath him daily.

If any sites are more inflamed or persistent, your doc should evaluate. It should fade completely by 3 mo.
