I recently used ketoconazole 2%(i have used it before a year ago) for my scalp acne(3-4 in number, had acne for years) mostly in the back of my head,1 day later more white acne popped up scattered in the back(maybe 10-13). is my scalp purging?

Need to examine: Purging scalp is not a medical term. You may have infection of hair follicles and ketoconzole may not be an appropriate medication. It would be prudent to see your doctor for evaluation as you may need antibiotic treatment.
