Probably not: Most likely are not related, however when you have fever you can also get achiness and sore muscles due to the infectious disease.If the infection in your hand is cured and( should be after six weeks) probably is not what is causing your back and neck pain.

Go see your PCP: Most likely not related but given your low grade fever with neck and back pain, i would recommend seeing your pcp and at least be ruled out for more serious causes like meningitis. With the flu and fevers, people often experience mucke and joint aches. Do you have other cold symptoms. There are other inflammatory and immune disorders that are less likely but can be associated w/lbp and neck pain.
