Small lymphnode ~0.5cm, seems not mobile, near center back of neck, left side. a bit pain when touched or when muscle tense. no fever. i feel fine. i only usual tonsil stone as the only sort of infection i can think of...what should i do? thanks!

Explanation : Small cervical lymphanodes less than 1cm considered normal in young people. Mild sensitivity or pain can be related to mild cold, or even earring irritation. Some skin rash on scalp. Check it out and be well.
