My size of ovarian cyst is 4, 2cm stay the same size for one year do i need surgery?

1.2 cm: 1.2 cm is less than 1/2 inch. I am pretty sure that it is not the same cyst stayed for a year. Small cysts developed on ovaries every month and then ovulation occurs and they go away, then return in next cycle. Anyway such a small cyst is not a cause to be worried.
