My blood pressure is always 107/60 for as long as i can remember. i have suffered with brain fog for about 10 years and fatigue. can this low dialostic pressure be the cause?

Not likely: Work up will be needed as it is not likely that your diastolic blood pressure is the cause for your symptoms, talk to your PCP about your symptoms and if you did not have any workup so far.
