If a complete rheumatologic, infectious and metabolic workup was negative ie: lyme, vitamin d level, thyroid etc then you have to check lifestyle issues: obesity, smoking, exercise routines and diet as well as sleep patterns. You may then need to see a well versed pain management specialist or physiatrist.
