Possibly: Headaches and facial tingling can be some symptoms of tmj/tmd, but can also be symptoms of other ailments. Trigeminal neuralgia can produce symptoms that may be diagnosed as a TMJ problem, including migraine like symptoms and facial tingling. An in fected tooth can do the same. I would see a dentist/tmj specialist to hopefully determine the source.

Could be: Headaches and facial numbness often related to TMD. See an expert. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, your dentist and your dental society for referrals.
