Possibly: If you already have an existing TMD problem, you may get tingling from nerve irritation depending where in your face it occurs

While nothing is: While nothing is impossible, tingling in face would not be a likely result of TMD\TMJ Dysfunction. I would first consult with a dentist experienced treating TMJoint Dysfunction. You might be referred to your PCP or Neurologist if the dentist concurs with my suspicion and there are no other apparent dental causes such as an infection.

Possible: Many adjacent nerves interconnect with the TMJ. Since the tingling only occurs with chewing, it could be related to a existing TMJ disorder.
