NO/YES: Can't say that many patients complain of throbbing headache with Tizanidine. More lightheadedness, sedation, rarely hallucinations (in high doses). TMJ can provoke pain in the temple regions.

Actually, tizanidine has been used off-label to treat migraine headaches, and would be unlikely to have a paradoxical reaction causing headaches. Jaw pathology can certainly trigger migraine events in those who suffer such headaches. Might try a dental splint as an approach to mitigate migraines.
