Every blue moon either on the one side or both sides of my jaw at the same time, i get sharp painful zaps for a bit then facial/jaw pain sometimes ha. i have tmj and etd. could this be migraine related or just tmj. happens a bit after i eat mostly?

Start with your usual dentist, but you may need an oral surgeon. Sounds like TMJ syndrome, and it may respond to a nocturnal dental splint. Migraine, if you truly have it, would not cause these symptoms.
