Need to be checked: Bloating following a colonoscopy should be gone within a few hours to a day unless there was significant difficulty with the procedure or pathological findings that flared with the procedure. If your symptom does not start resolving by tomorrow, you should contact your endoscopist to make sure you do not have a complication such as a small perforation(probably "walled off" or you would be sicker).
