Two-days post colonoscopy and still very bloated and no appetite. long, tortuous colon so is this normal?

May be: Depends.....it should be better by now. Some may need time. Some times improper instrument cleaning can introduce/cause infection. If bx/resection ofpolyp is done it may contribute.
