Need more info: Would need to know why did you have the colonoscopy? What were your symptoms before the colonoscopy? What were the results of your colonoscopy? This may be simple constipation ; need to drink more liquids and use a laxative. But I do not know your medical history, best is to contact your gastroenterologist or doctor who performed the colonoscopy to get instructions.
