Don't think so : Patients can have complications after a colonoscopy - however, they are usually in the days or so following the exam. Nausea and reflux are not such complications. They are, however, very common symptoms of acid reflux - especially "when lying down". Do have a doctor evaluate you for reflux. Medications are available and very helpful. Hope you feel better.
