Can teeth and gum problems create body aches and lightheadiness?

Not usually: There may be some radiating pain from the teeth to the head, ears, temples, but not to other body parts removed from the head or jaw. Your thought of such a possibilty is an indication that you are being obsessive and trying to be your own dentist and doctor. When you have a symptom that does not resolve seek help from a professional. That is what they are there for, to help you, not the internet.

Oral-systemic links: Absolutely. Infections found in the mouth can travel elsewhere to the body and cause symptoms like body aches and lightheadedness. Its also your body's way of dealing with an infection. Your flu like symptoms are common with dental issues.
