Perhaps a virus?: You listed many symptoms which are all probably related. If you see a physician, i'm confident he\she will be able to help you feel better. We can't diagnose and treat you over the internet. Wouldn't that be wonderful?

Viral pharyngitis: There is no specific treatment for viral pharyngitis. You can relieve symptoms by gargling with warm salt water several times a day and take NSAIDs or Tylenol (acetaminophen) OTC. You should see your doctor if have a sore throat for more than a week.
