See your dentist: You can have gingivitis around one tooth. You should call your dentist to have this tooth looked at to make sure there's nothing else going on with this tooth.

Gingivitis?: Certainly gingivitis or worst. You can have a periodontal infection or infected nerve. Might need a root canal treatment. See your dentist.
