Might be trenchmouth: If the points of tissue between the teeth have flattened out, there is a foul odor, your whole mouth is sore to the point you do not want to eat, you are achy, run down, and possibly feverish, then you likely have acute necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis or ANUG,also called trenchmouth.Significant stress on your immune system with poor diet, poor sleep, etc.may lead to this. See Dentist ASAP.Good Luck

See a dentist ASAP: A tooth abscess won't go away without treatment and the infection may spread to your jaw, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your head and neck. A dental abscess is a collection of pus that forms in your teeth or gums as a result of a bacterial infection. Dentist will treat a tooth abscess by draining it and getting rid of the infection. Rec. Most likely: periodontal disease. See a dentist asap to have it properly diagnosed and treated. It will not go away on its own. This is a serious infection.

Don't know: There are multiple causes for the symptoms you describe. You must see a Dentist for an examination, x-rays, differential diagnosis, and treatment plan.
