Usually stress relat: Teeth grinding is usually related to stress or apprehension. In a three year old it could be related to a number of things. The child has to stop on their own although they are not cognizant they are doing it at night. . Dentists can make a night guard to prevent damage to the teeth but the ultimate fix is to try and discover why the child is grinding. They could also just grow out of it.
