Sometimes: As your teeth are moved you can get sensitivity. Especially to cold. It should get better as the teeth settle into their new places.

Tenderness: But usually only for the first 3 days as it slowly subsides. If the sensitivity is not going away and getting worse, call your dentist because it can be a sign of nerve damage.

Braces sensitivity: Yes. The teeth are pulled through the bone to a better position by the braces. This will make the teeth sensitive. Ask your Orthodontist for some remedies.
