Restore them : Depending on how deep the holes are and whether they are actually decayed, there arte numerous options. The simplest being filling the holes with a tooth colored composite plastic material. In the most involved case, crowns could be necessary.

Fill or restore them: Firstly, braces do not cause holes. They happen because of lacking oral hygiene surrounding the brace. It starts by having the build up of bacteria (plaque) eating the food that you do, and the bacterial waste product is an acid, which "eats" away at enamel, called decalcification. As it worsens they become holes or cavities and can be filled after treatment. Good luck!

Holes not from brace: Holes from not cleaning properly, allowing bacteria to collect around the braces and making cavities. Can also be from eating damaging foods, partially loosening braces, and therefore allowing bacteria to get in behind the braces. I'm sure your orthodontic specialist discussed preventive measures with you when the braces went on. Unfortunately now that damage has occurred, restorations needed.
