Yes: Dark primary front teeth could indicate they were truamatized and are dead teeth. You should go to a dentist and have the teeth checked out, although no treatment may be indicated even if they are dead or non-vital. Dark teeth indicate that there was bleeding and dried blood inside the teeth from a trauma. Have it checked out now. Do not wait.
