You don't: You should seek professional help for such a situation. You need special instruments to extract such a tooth. Also, to try to extract this yourself would cause you inordinate pain. You can do a great deal of damage to yourself trying to extract your own tooth. You should never do such a thing!

Tips ?: I hope you are kidding, even dentists with years of training will not imagine to extract their own teeth. First you need to get a license to practice dentistry, that is 4 years of college after high school, add to that 4 years of dental school and board exams. If money is an issue, call the dental society or find a free clinic in your area, you can search on line. Just don't do it yourself.
