I have a tooth that broke off right above the gum. how do i pull it out myself?

First you need to get a license to practice dentistry, that is 4 years of college after high school, add to that 4 years of dental school and board exams. If money is an issue, call the dental society or find a free clinic in your area, you can search on line. Just don't do it yourself.
