You haven’t : told us whether it’s a baby tooth or a permanent one. If the latter, removing it yourself is probably not a good idea. See your dentist for diagnosis and treatment.

Baby or permanent: If it's a permanent tooth best to see Dentist to find out why it is loose. Is it a fractured tooth a tooth with damaged gums/bone? If a baby tooth best to see Dentist. Is there an underlying permanent tooth to replace it? If not, a restorative replacement is wise. Bottom line, see your Dentist.
