See below: Might be sinus condition/infection. Sinusitis can refer pain to back of head besides usual sites of around eyes, cheek bones, base of nose, forehead. Saline nasal spray may help with congestion as may otc decongestant like sudafed. If gets worse or develop fever & purulent drainage, see doc for possible antibiotic treatment.
