See doctor: You may want to make an appt to see your doctor asap, or go to urgent care now. If you have a h/o migraines, then this could be a migraine exacerbated by pregnancy. Anytime you have headache with vomiting, take it seriously and see a doctor right away. Doctor may prescribe meds, but you need an exam first. Make sure you drink lots of fluids, like water, as dehydration #1 cause headache. Good luck!
