Not usually: Tension headaches are usually in the back of the head. What you are describing sounds more like sinus congestion or a sinus infection. See your doctor, as medications are available for both conditions if indicated. Hope this helps!

Pressure: may also be the onset of a cold or allergic in origin. You can try an otc antihistamine if you have allergies, but if not try otc cold rx
