Kids can get several: The cephalosporin group are often avoided in adults with penicillin sensitivity but in keds the vast majority have few cross over reactions . Cephalexin is an example that is well tolerated. Erythromycin, Azithromycin & Clarithromycin are also considered as safe & effective.
