See below: Systolic over 105, or diastolic over 65 would be over the 90% for a 3 month old.

An average 90/52: It is difficult to obtain an accurate BP (blood pressure) on a 3 month old baby, because s(he) doe not stay still, and one needs to apply the right sized blood pressure cuff. One abnormal BP is not significant. One needs to measure repeatedly, and confirm that the blood pressures taken are consistent. If you have concerns regarding your child's bp, have a pediatrician take it repeatedly.
