That blood pressure is not abnormal (MAP 73) especially if you are asymptomatic and inactive. If your are symptomatic and your blood pressure was much higher in the past, e.g. systolic pressure above 110 all the time, then you should confirm with a different manometer with an upper arm cuff. If it's confirmed you can see your doctor for tests to rule out thyroid +/- adrenal problems and anemia.
