Bicep injury or just: If you need to rest your bicep because of injury, then you need to rest it. Heavy bench-presses also require the use of bicep muscles to work to stabilize the arms, thus be careful. Abs, back, squat, leg exercises can be done without much use of your biceps. You may want to consult doc and/or a personal trainer to show you proper exercises. Good luck.
