Exercise: Many patients will benefit from doing stretching and mat work for exercise during the healing phase of their foot fractures. There are plenty of great sitting and laying down exercises that are effective and great for burning calories and building muscles. Best wishes!

Don't mess with it..: Well that all depends on the nature and severity of your fracture. It's best not to stress the damaged area while it's healing. Maybe some upper body work while the foot is on the mend.
