Let it heal!: The first thing to do is let it heal. That means: stay off it as much as possible and use a Cast Boot and cane or crutch for at least eight weeks. Then do passive range of motion of dorsiflexion and plantarflexion (move ankle up and down while sitting) for 15 minutes per day. No need to stretch for talar dome lesion. Otherwise it depends on the severity and position of the talar dome injury.
