Yes: Try rowing and the hand bike. I would avoid exercises that stress your ankle too much while it is in the cast.

Stationary cycling: If your orthopedist ok's it, you could try stationary cycling for aerobic fitness. You can even do this with one leg, if necessary, and still get a good workout.
