Sorry, only IVF: If you had your tubes removed and not cut then you can only do ivf. I think you should make sure you know exactly what the surgery was because sometimes, your memory or the way the surgery was described may not match the operation report. However, ivf is very successful and i believe you are 33. We also often can offer refunds for a portion of the cost of ivf if you are not successful. Best wishes.
