Yes: Not only can it affect fertility, it also increases your chances of an ectopic pregnancy. Make sure your tubes are assessed, if scarred tubes are a problem or if having trouble conceiving, strongly consider in-vitro (ivf) or see an rei specialist for evaluation. ABSOLUTELY!: Any fallopian tube inflammation, scarring or infection can cause infertility (if bilateral) and require ivf/art for conception.
