I have had both fallopian tubes removed is it possible of getting pregnant on my own with out ivf?

No tubes: Very doubtful. If the tubes were removed correctly there should be no connection from the uterus to the abdomen. Therefore the eggs cannot enter the uterus. Conversely the sperm cannot get to the eggs.IVF is the only option.
