Allergy: Possibly you developed allergic reaction to campo. Wash, and use antihistamines. Otc Hydrocortisone also might help.

Stop Campho-phenique: Stop campho-phenique you are probably allergic to it, apply ice to swollen lip for no more than 15 min at a time, take benadryl, (diphenhydramine) if lip continues to swell or any shortness of breath starts go to er immediately.
