No need for speed: Weight loss is a challenging process but a rewarding and important one when you are overweight. Speed rarely wins this race. A slow more deliberate process leads to longer sustained weight loss. It starts with mentally getting past this necessity for speed. Otherwise, you will be doomed to fail. Set yourself up for success not failure! good luck!

Cut the Carbs!: A great way to reduce weight over the long-term is to cut out simple and white carbs. Our bodies don't handle them well and they end up just making us hungry again way too soon. Eliminate sugars, white four, rice and pasta, and eat proteins and animal fats instead. Also don't drink any calories! along with regular exercise, you'll see steady weight loss, and you can sustain this for long-term!
