Diet/fiber and: exercise: 4 Fs of diet: fish, foul, fruit, fiber( cereals,vegetables, whole wheat). Exercise:burst interval high and low impact aerobics ( also walking, biking, running) and self esteem ( a photo of yourself looking your best or a phot of someone you want to look like) taped to your dressing room mirror. Look at that picture at least twice a day.
