Simple math: May sound like an over simplification but: to lose weight you must burn more calories than you ingest. We as physicians always tell patients it is a combination of diet and exercise. In my experience it is 10% exercise and 90% diet. Though not a big eater, to lose weight faster you must burn more and ingest less.
