im so confused about my weight.i am 16 yrs&weigh 200lbs since i was 14. i eat very clean and only drink water(no sodas etc)i also exercise every day. ?

Weight: Please start by seeing your doctor. He/she will likely make sure you don't have a hormonal imbalance. Ask about a ketogenic food plan or see a nutritionist. You can shift your metabolism from burning sugar for fuel to burning fat for fuel and you won't feel hungry. It's lower carb and higher good fats such as coconut oil and olive oil.
