See a Dietician : But usually if u eat wright , fruit and vegetable instead of junk food , exersize and take 500 less calorie / day than u most likely will loose one lb /week.

Fat without weight: Its easy to lose fat without weight, because fat compared to muscle, doesnt weigh as much. You could be building muscle while losing fat as well. If your clothes fit better, then for sure you are losing fat- keep up the great job. Stay active. it helps
